PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIE POLICY
This document, hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy," defines the principles and scope of processing and protection of personal data provided by Clients (persons using the website https://forsigmamen.com/), the rights granted to Clients, and the obligations of the Administrator as the Data Controller.

The Administrator processes Clients' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").
Customers' personal data are processed for the following purposes based on the following legal grounds:
5.1 Purpose: contract execution, provision of services/products related to the business activity conducted by the Administrator.
Legal basis:
the necessity to execute a contract concluded based on the accepted regulations –
art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, as well as
applicable legal regulations in the field of: taxes, accounting, other public law obligations - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
legitimate interests of the Administrator understood as securing claims,
in connection with their investigation, defense or determination, collection of outstanding receivables, identification of contact persons, ongoing contacts regarding the contract/order/cooperation, clarification of any complaints, disputes, maintaining business relationships, proper identification of contact persons or representatives of clients, contractors, partners –
art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

5.2 Purpose: marketing - informing about offers and other direct marketing communication using electronic mail, including receiving the ordered newsletter.
Legal basis:
consent to receive such information in electronic form – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR,
consent to the use of cookies, according to the Client's choice – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
5.3 Purpose: communication using the designated form on the website.
Legal basis:
consent to receive such a response from the Administrator – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and
legitimate interest, understood as providing a response to a submitted inquiry – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The administrator processes personal data, the provision of which is necessary for use
from the Administrator's products and services, in particular:
personal data, such as first and last name, email address,
account credentials, such as login and password,
financial information, such as bank account number and credit card
and debit for payment processing,
information about devices and connection information, such as IP address, type
and browser version.
The administrator collects personal data of Clients and information about their behaviors
in the following way:
through voluntarily provided information in the forms;
by collecting "cookies" files (see "cookies").
The Administrator does not process personal data of a special category within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR, nor data concerning criminal convictions and offenses within the meaning of Article 10 of the GDPR.
Consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary, however
In certain cases, failure to give consent may prevent the purchase of goods
or using the Administrator's services.
The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by sending an email to: office@forsigmamen.com
Customers' personal data will be stored for the period during which they are useful for the purpose for which they were collected, but not less than the limitation period of mutual claims, the period during which the administrator is obliged to process the data
based on applicable legal regulations, depending on which of these periods lasts the longest, and in the case of data processed based on consent - no longer
until its revocation.
Clients are entitled to:
the right to request access to your personal data, including receiving a copy of it,
the right to rectify (correct) your personal data,
the right to request the deletion of your personal data,
the right to restrict the processing of their personal data – the Client may request that the Administrator restrict the processing of the Client's personal data solely to their storage or to performing actions agreed with the Client, if:
in his opinion, the Administrator has incorrect personal data –
for a period allowing the Administrator to verify the accuracy of this data;
processing of personal data is unlawful, and the User whose data is concerned objects to the deletion of personal data, instead requesting restriction
and exploitation;
The user does not want the Administrator to delete their personal data because they need it to establish, pursue, or defend claims;
The user has objected to data processing – until the objection is reviewed;
the right to transfer personal data - The Client has the right:
receive from the Administrator the personal data that he provided,
in a structured, commonly used format suitable for machine reading (e.g., in .csv format) and transfer this data to another administrator
without obstacles from the Administrator, if the processing is based on the User's consent or a contract concluded with the Administrator, as well as when the processing is carried out in an automated manner;
to request from the Administrator, as part of exercising the right to data portability, that the Administrator transfers this data to another administrator, provided that it is
it's technically possible;
the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling or delivering newsletters, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing,
the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – in cases where the User considers that the processing of their data by the Administrator violates the GDPR regulations, the Client has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office based in Warsaw.
Personal data of Customers processed for marketing purposes will be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling. The purpose of these activities will be to better tailor the marketing offer to the expectations of Customers,
which will enable limiting the sending of information and marketing offers that are not useful to the given Client.
Clients' personal data may be transferred to external entities to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of their processing indicated above. In particular, these will be entities cooperating with the Administrator, i.e., law firms, tax offices, entities providing services to the Administrator based on separately concluded entrustment agreements (e.g., hosting providers, entities providing IT support, accounting services). Clients' personal data may also be transferred to authorized entities
access to them based on generally applicable legal regulations (e.g., police, courts, Social Insurance Institution, Tax Office).
Personal data of Clients, except for the entities indicated in the preceding paragraph,
will not be shared in any way with third parties, in particular for the purpose of sending marketing materials by third parties.
The Administrator does not transfer Clients' personal data outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
In order to ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Administrator has developed internal procedures and recommendations aimed at preventing the disclosure of data to unauthorized persons, protecting data from destruction, loss, damage, or alteration. The Administrator applies appropriate security measures to protect Clients' personal data, in particular by encrypting communication between the Client's device and the Administrator's server during the collection of personal data.
COOKIES
The online store https://forsigmamen.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") uses "cookies". Cookies are small files that allow devices used to browse the Internet (e.g., computer, smartphone, etc.) to remember specific information about the device being used. The information recorded in cookies is used, among other things, for advertising, marketing, and statistical purposes, as well as to tailor the website to the individual needs of its Customers.
Types of cookies used by the Online Store:
Required cookies – enable the proper functioning of the Store, including logging in, placing orders, and retaining the contents of the cart.
Personalization cookies – these are cookies that contain information about the user's actions to personalize the user's next visit to the website.
Analytical cookies – help understand how the user uses the website. Based on them, the Store identifies areas that need improvement.
Marketing cookies – used to optimize marketing communication and display advertisements to the user on other websites.

During the first visit to the website, the user has the option to consent to the use of cookies (except for essential ones). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time using consent management tools (e.g., cookie banner or privacy settings panel).

Cookies may also come from the Administrator's partners (so-called third-party cookies), in particular: Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook Pixel), other tools supporting user behavior analysis.

Settings The user can change cookie settings in their browser at any time or using the tools available on the website. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities of the Store.
The client can block the saving of data collected by cookies regarding the use of the website (including the IP address) and sending it to Google, as well as the transmission of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the available plugin

The privacy policy is effective from the date of its publication on the website. Individuals who provided their data to the Administrator before the new privacy policy was published on the website will be informed about the changes electronically, at the previously indicated email address, and in case of non-acceptance of the changes, they may cancel their account. The amended Privacy Policy will also be made available on the Administrator's website.
The change in the Privacy Policy does not affect the rights and obligations of the parties, nor other circumstances that occurred before the change came into effect, unless otherwise provided by generally applicable law.
