This document, hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy", sets out the principles and the scope of processing and protection of personal data provided by Customers (persons using the website) https://forsigmamen.com/ the rights of Customers and the obligations of the Administrator as the Controller of personal data.

The Administrator processes the personal data of Customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").
Customers' personal data are processed for the following purposes based on the following legal bases:
5.1 Purpose: performance of the contract, provision of services/products in connection with the business activity conducted by the Administrator.
Legal basis:
the necessity of implementing the contract concluded on the basis of the accepted regulations –
Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as well as
applicable legal provisions regarding: taxes, accounting, other public law obligations - Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c) of the GDPR,
legitimate interests of the Administrator understood as securing claims,
in connection with their investigation, defense or determination, recovery of overdue receivables, identification of contact persons, ongoing contacts regarding the contract/order/cooperation, clarification of possible complaints, disputes, maintaining business relations, proper identification of contact persons or representatives of clients, contractors, partners –
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
5.2 Purpose: marketing - information about offers and other direct marketing communication via e-mail, including receiving the ordered newsletter.
Legal basis:
consent to receive such information in electronic form – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
consent to the use of cookies, at the Customer's choice – Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR.
5.3 Purpose: communication via the form provided for this purpose on the website.
Legal basis:
consent to receive such a response from the Controller – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and
legitimate interest, understood as providing a response to a submitted inquiry – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
The Administrator processes personal data which must be provided for use
from the Administrator's products and services, in particular:
personal information, such as name and surname, e-mail address,
account credentials, such as login and password,
financial information, such as bank account and credit card numbers
and debit card for payment processing,
device and connection information such as IP address, type
and browser version.
The Administrator obtains personal data of Customers and information about their behavior
as follows:
through information voluntarily entered in forms;
by collecting cookies (see "cookies").
The Administrator does not process special category personal data in within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR, nor data relating to convictions and prohibited acts in within the meaning of Article 10 of the GDPR.
Consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary, however
in some cases, failure to provide consent may prevent the purchase of goods
or using the Administrator's services.
The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn by sending an email to: office@forsigmamen.com
based on applicable legal provisions, depending on which of these periods will last the longest, and in the case of data processed on the basis of consent - no longer

Customers are entitled to:
the right to request access to your personal data, including receiving a copy thereof,
the right to rectify (correct) your personal data,
the right to request the deletion of your personal data,
the right to limit the processing of his/her personal data – the Customer may request that the Administrator limit the processing of the Customer’s personal data solely to their storage or performance agreed with A client of an activity if:
in his opinion, the Administrator has incorrect personal data –
for a period enabling the Administrator to check the accuracy of such data;
the processing of personal data is unlawful and the User to whom the data relates opposes the deletion of personal data, requesting instead a restriction
their use;
The User does not want the Administrator to delete his or her personal data because he or she needs them to establish, pursue or defend claims;
The user has objected to the processing of data – until the objection is considered;
the right to transfer personal data - the Customer has the right to:
receive from the Administrator the personal data that he provided to him,
in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g. .csv format) and send this data to another controller
without any hindrance from the Controller, if the processing is based on the User's consent or an agreement concluded with the Controller, as well as when the processing is carried out in an automated manner;
demand from the Controller that, as part of exercising the right to transfer personal data, the Controller sends this data to another controller, if such is the case
it's technically possible;
the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling or newsletter delivery, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing,
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in cases where the User considers that the processing of his/her data by the Controller violates the provisions of the GDPR, the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office with its registered office in Warsaw.
Customers' personal data processed for marketing purposes will be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling. The goal of these activities is to better tailor marketing offerings to customer expectations.

Customers' personal data may be transferred to external entities to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes indicated above. In particular, these will be entities cooperating with the Controller, such as law firms, tax firms, and entities providing services to the Controller based on separately concluded data processing agreements (e.g., hosting providers, entities providing IT services, accounting services). Customers' personal data may also be transferred to authorized entities.

To ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Administrator has developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent unauthorized access to data and to protect data from destruction, loss, damage, or alteration. The Administrator employs appropriate security measures to protect Customers' personal data, in particular by encrypting communication between the Customer's device and the Administrator's server during personal data collection.

Cookies are small files that enable devices used to browse the Internet (e.g., computer, smartphone, etc.) to remember specific information about the device being used.
