Provitamin B5 is an excellent moisturiser, but has the ability to retain water in the deep layers of the skin ;it has a regenerating effect. Bitter orange blossom hydrolate has a rich, citrus aroma. It has a relaxing and calming effect; it exhibits bacteriostatic and fungistatic effects.
